Along with being a stylist, Keila is our resident brow expert. She was trained in New York for threading and is transforming brows in the Lehigh Valley one client at a time. Given her years of experience, Keila can help you grow and shape your brows to perfection. In addition to her brow expertise, Keila is a certified Lasio Keratin specialist who cuts, colors, and styles hair with acute attention to detail. She stays up to date on the current trends in balayage and highlighting and is known for fantastic blow-outs. Ask any of her clients and they will tell you they feel like a super model after a blow-out.

Yemme is a 2019 Empire School graduate who enjoys connecting with clients while providing the ultimate salon experience. The Relaxation Package, featuring an immersive scalp massage, is just one example of how Yemme goes above and beyond for client services.

Hair braiding is another area of expertise in Yemme's toolbox. She also enjoys pampering clients with luxurious keratin treatments and is certified in the newest treatment, S4TEC, as well as Lasio and Keratin Complex.

Yemme continues to further her education and works diligently to keep up with all the current trends.

Kelly is one of our highly talented master stylists and one of the original team members of Carlee and Company Salon. She has worked and trained under many of the top professionals in the hair industry since she started doing hair in 1999. She has worked with a wide array of product lines.

Kelly has used her experience as a former salon manager and lead stylist to perfect her craft and motivate her peers. She is a creative and devoted stylist who is not afraid to introduce her clients to fun new styles and colors. Kelly creates beautiful redheads and has an eye for selecting the right shade on the right skin tone.

She has been an integral part of the growth of the salon and continues to challenge herself with new techniques and training.

As the owner of Carlee and Company Salon, Carlee has assembled a friendly and dedicated team to create the perfect atmosphere for her business. Carlee has over 25 years of experience and there isn't anything she can't do! Carlee's expertise spans all genres in the field but her true enthusiasm is with coloring and cutting. She has been educated by some of the top stylists and educators in the business. She has put a tremendous effort in helping to develop the skill of her staff of professionals. Carlee has a drive for excellence that she instills in her team of educated and talented stylists and assistants. Her motto in life is.... "Living the dream!"
