Stemming from Long Island, Lorraine has brought a whole different perspective to the salon. She has been in the industry for over 20 years and has had education spanning the tri-state area.
Lorraine is a very detail oriented stylist. She is meticulous in her work and will deliver a truly precision haircut. She is well versed in most hair color lines and specializes in Wella, Aveda, and Redken.
Lorraine puts a great deal of effort into pleasing her clients. She is happy when they are happy.
Kelly is one of our highly talented master stylists and one of the original team members of Carlee and Company Salon. She has worked and trained under many of the top professionals in the hair industry since she started doing hair in 1999. She has worked with a wide array of product lines.
Kellyhas used her experience as a former salon manager and lead stylist to perfect her craft and motivate her peers. She is a creative and devoted stylist who is not afraid to introduce her clients to fun new styles and colors. Kelly creates beautiful redheads and has an eye for selecting the right shade on the right skin tone.
She has been an integral part of the growth of the salon and continues to challenge herself with new techniques and training.
As the owner of Carlee and Company Salon, Carlee has assembled a friendly and dedicated team to create the perfect atmosphere for her business. Carlee has over 25 years of experience and there isn't anything she can't do! Carlee's expertise spans all genres in the field but her true enthusiasm is with coloring and cutting. She has been educated by some of the top stylists and educators in the business. She has put a tremendous effort in helping to develop the skill of her staff of professionals. Carlee has a drive for excellence that she instills in her team of educated and talented stylists and assistants. Her motto in life is.... "Living the dream!"
Danielle has had a flare for the hair and beauty industry since an early age. She made her dreams come true in 2006 by becoming a licensed cosmetologist. She specializes in color, color correction, keratin treatments, and special occasion hair. Danielle has proven her loyalty and dedication to this industry. She strives for perfection and to make her clients happy.
Danielle is also a true believer in continuing education. She continues to keep up on the latest color and cutting trends as well as product knowledge.
Leah has had a passion for the hair and beauty industry for her whole adult life. She has been licensed since 1999 and has mastered a wide range of hair techniques including precision haircuts, special occasion hair, and keratin smoothing treatments. However, her field of concentration is with color and color correction. Leah is certified in a wide range of color and product lines.
Leah believes in continual education and strives to stay at the forefront of her field with her knowledge of new products and services available in order to provide an excellent service to her clientele. She specializes in cutting edge color techniques, foil highlights and lowlights, balayage, color correction, grey reduction, special occasion hair, haircuts, and Lasio and Coppola keratin smoothing treatments. She stays updated on the latest trends so that she can give you the look you want. Leah places high value in the satisfaction of all her clients, understanding their needs, and respecting their hair...and she strives for unlimited creativity.
Matthew, with his constantly developing eye, has over 27 years in the industry. From the Mayfair Academy in London to the best studios in NYC -- Bumble and Bumble, Nick Arrojo from TLC's What Not To Wear, Wella NYC, to name a few -- Matthew has trained with some of the most prominent hairdressing professionals in the world. This devotion to training allowed him to develop into a true master stylist and leader -- one who embodies an eye for detail, maintains high standards, wields a precision razor, and performs outstanding scissor work. He has a knack for proportion and symmetry to balance each individual face shape and is lauded for his honesty with clients.
Matthew's work has been featured in magazines including DuJour Magazine, Modern Salon, Celebrity Hair Styles, Passion Magazine, Short Hairstyles, and Lehigh Valley Style. He also has Lead Hairstylist movie credit in 2009's "In Search Of". A presence during multiple seasons of NYC Fashion Week, Matthew has styled top models back stage for such notable designers as Diane Von Furstenberg, Rebecca Taylor, Mara Hoffman, Ann Taylor, and Form.
As a licensed esthetician and former cosmetics manager for high-end beauty brands, Jennifer brings a treasure trove of knowledge to her role as salon coordinator.
Her customer-focused background combined with her office technology/management experience and boundless energy ensures that our clients receive the best experience before their appointments and while visiting the salon. Although you'll see her behind the front desk, she is also the behind-the-scenes wizardess that keeps our busy staff and the entire salon running smoothly.
Marisa, a 2014 graduate of Metro Beauty Academy, has an eye for detail, a light-hearted nature, and is eager to please. This self-proclaimed product junkie is Carlee and Company’s hair care product specialist. She is happy to make suggestions to address your specific hair care needs. Marissa will help keep you en pointe with products to help you achieve today’s hottest trends.
As she has successfully completed her apprenticeship program, Marisa is now working toward the next step in her career when she will be accepting her own clients!

Andrea has always demonstrated an impeccable work ethic and positive attitude.
